At Karaca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and kitchen essentials. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Karaca account, navigate to your order history, and select 'Request Return' for the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile kitchenware or textiles are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier service; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
